A leading provider of web based services to the Media brand industry has an established service that helps brand owners manage their media assets online. This asset management service has the functionality that media brand owners need, and was already very well received by the market. To grow their market share, the company decided to have a major promotional campaign to push their services, but first they wanted to take their User Interface to a new level - to add a "wow" factor. They wanted this completed before the launch of their campaign.

The process began with analyzing existing and potential future users of the service, the ways that they interact with it, and the key functions that they wanted to use. BrightCreek believes that any User Interface design must be firmly grounded in natural instinctive usability, consistency of look and feel, and responsive controls.
