The financial company engaged BrightCreek to
define, architect, design, develop, and deploy the custom CRM system.
BrightCreek started by gathering internal information from a select panel of experts at the company. Panel members were chosen from sales, support and business associates to understand how their current processes worked. From the information gathered, BrightCreek developed an exhaustive business flow analysis which was then scrutinized and analyzed by the same panel of experts to refine and streamline it into a best practice model for the new system. A prototype was designed and deployed among a much larger group of experts to fine tune the design.
